5 gallons   OG 1.1112   FG 1.030   IBU ??   SRM ??




Fermentables:
    1 lb crystal steeped (no lovibond noted)
    13.5 lbs dme

Hop Bill:
    7.5 oz Goldings 4.1% at 60 minutes
    1 oz Goldings 4.1% at 15 minutes
    1 oz Goldings 4.1% at 5 minutes

Other specifics:
    30 grams of Nottingham dry yeast.
