Grain bill for 6.5 gallons of wort @ sg 1055

    Domestic 2-row malt (i used great western): 10 lbs
    DWC Munich malt: 625 lbs
    DWC Special "B" malt: .50 lbs
    DWC Chocolate malt: .75 lbs
    Briess black malt: .375 lbs
    DWC Aromatic malt: .3125 lbs
    DWC Cara-Munich malt: .25 lbs

Hop Bill:
    41 IBUs

    9.4% Northern Brewer plugs for bittering. NB's are awesome in a porter.
    4.5% Crystal leaf hops for flavor & aroma (1 oz dry-hopped).

Wyeast 1056 for a "Sierra Nevada" type Porter or Wyeast 1968 with this same recipe for a totally different brew.
