Fermentables:
    15.5 lbs Crisp Marris Otter
    .30 lbs American Crystal 90l
    .25 lbs Wheat Malt
    .25 lbs Carapils
    .06 lbs Belgian Special B

Hop Bill:
    .50 oz Chinook 14.3% at 60 min
    .50 oz Columbus 13.5% at 60 min
    .30 oz Centennial 9.3% at 30 min
    .80 oz Cascade 4.5% at 15 min
    .50 oz Columbus 13.5% at 2 min
    1.00 oz Cascade 4.5% at 2 min
    .33 oz Cascade 4.5% dry hopped for 3 weeks
    .33 oz Columbus 13.5% dry hopped for 3 weeks
    .33 oz Centennial 9.3% dry hopped for 3 weeks

Procedure:
    To RO water add 10 grams CaCl, 3 grams CaCO3, 2 grams CaSO4, 2 grams MgSO4 and 1 gram NaCl. Single infusion mash at 155. Mash out at 165.

Other specifics:
    Wyeast 1056, liter starter.
