    .5 lb Melanoidin Malt
    1 lb Wheat Malt
    .25 lb Carafa Chocolate Malt

Hop Bill:
    1.25 oz Magnum 14% at 60 minutes
    1.00 oz Goldings - E.K. 5% at 20 minutes

Other specifics:
    20 grams of Nottingham dry yeast.
