OmaHops 1999 May Day Club Brew Photos |
Club members convened at Mike Sanford's
house to celebrate National Homebrew Day on May 1. We brewed
70 gallons of Kolsch-style ale. A brew of this magnitude
requires a great deal of planning, a lot of plumbing, and plenty of
brats and beer to pull it off. We were successful.
